I am a Texas native currently living in Odessa. I joined Epinions back in 2001 and then proceeded to not write for a couple of years. I've been a little busy ok?
I am very happily married to my best friend and high school sweetheart Tanya. We have been married for over 15 years now. We have two beautiful daughters under the age of 5.
I am a former Insurance & Financial Services agent and owned HoustonAssets, a full service financial growth and protection agency. We specialized in insurance and mutual fund investing but we also offered access to mortgage brokers and realtors through our referral programs. I also owned Red Wagon Trucking and Logistics, a short-haul trucking company. I sold these businesses in 2007 to pursue a lifelong dream of becomming a firefighter.
I am now employed by the city of Odessa, Texas as a firefighter and Paramedic. I also teach at the local community college in the Emergency Services Department and Fire Academy.
I enjoy playing rugby, ice hockey and paintball. I am the now retired captain of a three-man tournament paintball team named FUBAR_Scenario. We also competed as a larger 30-member team in 24-hour scenario paintball games.
I enjoy writing reviews for Epinions but what I enjoy more is reading the comments of those that have read my reviews. I like to see what people think of what I have to say. I don't care if you post positive or negative comments as long as they are civil and helpful they are all welcome.
