About karoli
I have been married for 30 years and the plan we made on our last anniversary was to make the next 30 better than the first. I can't wait to see how we can make it better than it already is, because just between us, I'll tell you it isn't too shabby around here now. Music, listening to it, is one of my greatest joys. I truly enjoy most music. My favorite song of all is All The Rivers Gold by Terry Oldfield. It sings to my soul. Reading and writing are my true loves. Years ago I tried my hand at writing for publication, I failed in that endeavor and I am now content to write for fun. History (the older I get the more interesting it becomes) and some poetry are great reading material for the dead of winter when there are no distractions. Reading has become such a compulsory habit for me that I am open to reading nearly anything. There are so many really great books out there, and I know I won't have time to read all of them. I have no children of my own. But I've got plenty of love spreed around to people who need it. I consider myself lead cheerleader for the underdog. Having come from a very poor family, my education ended with high school. No problems. I manage to get by. There is always hope.
