I am the Executive Director of the Grantwriters Development Network, a nonprofit organization that helps other nonprofit groups become successful fundraisers. I'm very proud of what I do. I'm also beyond happy because I get to do the three things I enjoy doing most: writing, teaching, and persuading.
OK, the "wonderful me" pitch is over.
I'm an upbeat, optimistic person in general. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. It takes a while for me to reach a breaking point. When I get there, I get downright cranky. Some hot points: incompetence, shoddy craftmanship, and poor customer service.
I write in the same manner in which I communicate - openly, honestly, and directly. You'll see this reflected in my reviews. I don't mind writing a mini-thesis about things if it means that my experience might help someone else. I also tend to write only about things I feel passionate about - positively or negatively. Hence, you probably won't see any lukewarm reviews coming from this direction.
