and lately I've been listening to a lot of Sisters of Mercy and Type O Negative. But I also love classical music (Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Vivaldi, Dvorak) and some country/bluegrass music as well. In fact, the only kinds of music I really dislike are rap, hip-hop and jazz.
I watch films of all kinds, and I like all kinds of films. I love comedies (when they are *actually* funny), action, drama, foreign and especially horror and science fiction films.
While I am fairly good at using a computer, my knowledge of "links" and how to make them is non-existent. However, I will list a few writers that I quite enjoy reading (although everyone on my trust list are excellent and I try to keep up with everyone fairly regularly).
Mike_Bracken-I know, he's on everybody's list. He is the King of Horror and Asian films here at Epinions, so if those things are near and dear to your heart, you simply must look at his reviews.
Stone77777-I love Greg's reviews. He never fails to provoke some emotional response, usually tears or laughter, and his reviews are some of the best out there. If you haven't discovered him yet, you don't know what you're missing.
ZentropaJK-Insightful, often funny and always a pleasure to read, Jeremiah is a great movie reviewer. There's a reason he's an advisor, folks...and although I can't imagine that you haven't read his stuff, if you somehow have missed him, you are truly missing out.
mangiotto-Walter hasn't been here all that long and he's an advisor already...and a most trusted reviewer as well a highly respected member of the Epinion community. If you *really* want to know if a movie was great or if it sucked donkey, mangiotto is the man to see.
Sordid-1-This guy is hilarious! I only just discovered him, but I laughed all the way through his reviews of Arizona. You will too. Go look at them.
SpookyMonkey: This guy is hilarious, and his music reviews are great stuff. If you haven't already looked at his work, what are you waiting for? We all need a good laugh...well, some of us more than others.
pyallen: A fellow Okie, Pam is a great multi-category writer here at Epinions. She offers sound advice and she's really funny too.
George_Chabot: George writes fabulous film reviews, and he's a heck of a nice guy. I like him, you will too.
grouch: David writes some of the most insightful book reviews you'll ever see, and he's a great guy too. He's got a book club that puts Oprah to shame, so definitely check him out.
janesbit1: John is just tops, ask anyone. His reviews of Lawrence of Arabia and Psycho are just about the best pieces of writing I've ever seen.
MegaSoul: He may be a chump, but he's a pretty groovy dude. He will enlighten you on all those strange, offbeat flicks out there that you've only heard about through MonsterVision.
Memento-Mori/rfr: These two are peas in the same goth pod. Real life togetherness seems to suit them, and they both write with a level of humor and insight that impresses me, I never fail to check them out, and you should be reading them too.
jennifernorth: She is one tragically hip chick, and her music reviews are brilliant, if I do say so myself. I only recently found her, and immediately added her to my WoT.
