You'll find me in Central Park on the weekends, covered in sweat, proving there is no such thing as a "dry fit" running shirt, wishing I was in front of my big TV with an ice cold Starbucks coffee in one hand and my remote in the other.
Yet for some reason, I'm up every weekend at 6am or earlier to run or cycle with thousands of other New Yorkers. I'm the guy with the giant "Mini-Cooper" sized wrist computer trekking along, despite the fact that I can't seem to get a GPS signal in Central Park anymore. Ohhh the frustration!
I road in my first Century (100 miles on a bike) this coming weekend. Put 150 miles on my bike this weekend, my butt still hurts!!
