It has been 4 yrs now since I have become a member. I really and truly enjoy writing my own reviews, reading others, and sometimes writing my responses to certain e-pinions others members have written.
I am one who enjoys writing and it has always been my life- long passion. It all started when I was about 10 years old. It started out with writing stories about certain people who used to live in my neighborhood and later on in Junior High, I was asked to write an essay and I wrote a story about a kid who used to live across the street from me in my neighborhood where I grew up. When I submitted my papers in, I received an A-plus. I no longer have that essay, but this is a memory that will be with me forever.
Besides writing, I enjoy reading and my favorite stories are true-crime. The first time reading a true-crime story was when I was in a grocery store 25 years ago, and I happened to come across a true-detective story magazine and I just started reading the stories they had advertised and found most of them interesting. I ended up buying it. From that point on, that is when I began either borrowing or purchasing true-crime books. I can read them for hours and that is why I enjoy reading them. I am what you would call a true-crime story buff.
I enjoy traveling and I have gone to various places. I have gone to Puerto Vallarta, Matzalan, Cabo San Lucas, Tijuana, Ensenada, Honolulu and Hilo Hawaii, Washington D.C. New York City, Delaware, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers, El Paso Tx, San Antonio Tx, Houston Tx, New Orleans Louisiana, Phoenix, Tuscon, Flaggstaff, Las Vegas NV, Laughlin Nv, Salt Lake City, the state of Idaho, Butte Montana, Seattle Wash, Vancouver Wash, Eugene Ore, Albuequrque N.M, and Colorado. My dream is to travel to Australia and Europe.
I work as a Certified Nursing Assistant with the devlopmentally disabled and also with the elderly. I enjoy both my jobs very much and I take pride in it.
