About Labonnecuisine

I am a member of IACP, a cooking teacher, an ex-Specialty Chef in a small fine dining restaurant and the President of the local chapter of an international gourmet society that is based in Paris. Food R Us! I am passionate about all types of food, with a special interest in regional cuisines. My travels find me always in hot pursuit of the best dishes and ingredients of the area, as well as local treasures to carry home. I have a wonderful husband, who shares my passion for great food, wine and antiques, and 3 great kids who sometimes actually like what I cook...........and sometimes just want Taco Bell!
