No Kids, No Thanks, Not Yet. Yes I’ve been married for going on 3 years, and yes, I still consciously don’t want children yet. I will…and I SO look forward to that day. That day is just not today, or any day soon for that matter. Give me a few more years of sleep and money and then I will be good to go. I cannot however discount my stepson. He is amazing and I adore him. I see the work it takes when we have him, so kudos to all of my friends who have children. I honestly don’t know how you do it, you are awesome – I live vicariously through friends and coworkers children.
I am married and have been for 2 and ½ years to my dream man. I couldn’t script a better husband. My husband, Travis, is strong, supportive, loving, hilarious, humble, spiritual, and oh so much more that I can’t format into list form. God gave us a precious gift when we met each other. Okay…Travis could do more laundry, and dust occasionally – other than that he is perfect.
I am training to be Nationwide Agent. It’s going to be quite a process to get placement. I will be taking over an agency in 1 to 2 years depending on how quickly I get through training and all that it entails. It also greatly depends on agencies that open up due to their current Agents retiring or something of the like. At that point it is up to me to go and decide if that is the Agency I want. When I find my match I will go in and set up shop. It’s a big change after spending the past two years working for a State Farm Agent. I’m very excited, it’s an amazing opportunity, and I look forward to see where my husband and I end up. As I said its going to be quite a process.
