About longjourney
With a career that includes working as an electronics technician, computer programmer, technical writer, administrator, medical technologist, and currently as a change process specialist, my background, and my writing, is highly diverse. I have authored numerous software and hardware manuals, developed a handful of websites, served as the editor of my company newsletter, and have been published in technology and sports magazines.

I'm a graduate of both The University of Texas at Dallas and The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.

You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
