Hello, there! My name is Lauri.
I’m the mother of 3 wonderful daughters. Amber is 13yrs old. She loves to write poetry and essays and she's really into drama and acting. Shayna is 6yrs old and loves music. Baby Jaelyn is 11 months old. She's all ready quite a character!
As a family, we love to enjoy the great outdoors with activities such as sight seeing, hiking, camping, fishing. Our favorite destinations are Western Montana, Northern Idaho, and Oregons' Mt. Hood National Forest.
I'm a former member of the Coast Guard who greatly enjoyed traveling, meeting people from all over the world and having an active role in search&rescue.
I've also worked as a forest fire fighter for one season, I've managed convenience stores and worked as a medical receptionist and as an after hours emergency services dispatcher.
Right now I'm taking a break from working outside the home to enjoy raising my daughters. Once Jae starts school, who knows? I'm leaning towards more education and a career in emergency response/disaster relief.

Mountains
The mountains sit like ladies wrapped in blue shawls.
They have snowy white hair that grows every winter.
They are old and wise.

They surround and protect us.
