About LysaJo
I was born and raised in Colorado, have lived here pretty much all my life (except a brief 2 year stay in Cheyenne, WY).

I have a BA in Speech Communication/Secondary Education (Public Speaking and Debate) and a MA in Educational Technology. I currently work for a major Telecommunications company as a software test engineer. I also 'moonlight' as a consultant for online course development/webpage design. I love teaching, unfortunately, it doesn't pay well enough to do full time. I'm hoping to teach some University courses again this fall.

I have three absolutely fantastic kids, Charity, Caleb and Promise. We are blessed to have an amazing man in our lives, Matt. (I'll spare you the mushy stuff)

My hobbies are childrens books/music/videos, good books, webdesign/graphic design, piano music, candles/aromatherapy, herbology, movies(on video and in the theatre), and ebay (oh what an addiction). I love to try new microbrew beers (especially local ones)and have been known upon occasion to sing a bit of karaoke. I work on computers all day and half the night it seems, so I'm online quite a bit.
