About madarnell
I'm a professional recording engineer and own my own recording studio. Specializing in All Analog recordings. Offering vintage instruments to use .I record many kinds of bands and artist.

I Have played music most of my life, starting in the 5th grade on trumpet. 25 years in all. I’ve have been playing guitar for 22 years and bass guitar for 20 years. I started recording around 13 years old and have been hooked on the studio recording process ever since. It's my style not to write reviews on things on just a one-time basis. And I don't go to stores or dealers and try a guitar for 15 minutes and then try to write a review based just on that. I choose to use the products I rate for a while, in as many applications as possible, whatever the product is. How else would I expect anyone to read & rate anything have to say?

When I choose to write an opinion on a topic, I try to only comment on things I&ve been directly involved with professionally or otherwise. You will notice I tend to be either all for something or totally against it. I try not to be in the middle because I feel If Im going to take the time to write about something it’s because I’m passionate about how I feel about it, weather good or bad I don’t want to waste your time with a bunch of nonsense. This way I hope to give more qualified and interesting opinions for you to read.
