I am 38yo, married 13 years, a mother of 5 adoring children: a 20yo daughter, 16yo son, 12yo son, 7yo son, and a newborn daughter. We share our home with "The Twins", our 2 over active Siamese cats and "Charlie", who is 1/2 Black Lab and St. Bernard.
We live in a rural community, in a turn of the century 14 room home, which we are painstakingly trying to turn back to original. At Christmas time, we decorate it in from the Victorian Era and have 13 Christmas trees. One for each window plus approx. 200,000 lights outside.
I'm a SAHM, who works outside the home managing a small business. I work to keep my sanity by having stimulating conversations with other adults, instead of children...lol. I treasure my job, and I have an exceptional boss. He is a SAHD so he knows what it is like to have children and works around my schedule.
Most of my epinions are in the Kids and family section. With 5 children and 20 years of experience, I have a pretty good concept on products and can offer a little advice here and there.
READING AND RATING 
When reading reviews, I tend to pick 1-2 people out a day and read everything they wrote, unless I am looking for certain information on an item. This way, I get to know my fellow readers personally, watch their families grow, and learn from thier experiences.
When rating, I like seeing personal experiences. I watch for grammer, spelling and punctuation but don't judge to harshly on mistakes. I love details...sizes, colors, what it is made of and how it works. I like getting a mental picture of the item. As for recipes..I like the stories that lead up to the creating of the recipe.
HR...A lot of product details, personal experiences, little to none on grammer and spelling errors.
R...A review that leaves me with a question on the products preformance, quite a few typographical errors and a review that is digging to meet the 100 word minimum.
SR...little infomation on the product, a review that is hard to follow and poorly written.
NR...Plagiarism, profanity, or a review that doesn't offer me anything on the product. One that goes on and on but only has one sentence about the product.
I do not believe in revenge rating nor do I rate on a personal preference. You might think an item is great and I might hate it but I will not mark your rating down because of this.

I do go check out the ppl who add me to their list, read some of their reviews, and if I like what I see, I put an email alert on them. After a while if the quality of their reviews remain the same, I will add them to my WOT list.
As for my existing WOT list, I try to read all your views, keep you on email andcomment alert. I am very selective in my WOT list. My reasoning is that I have to trust your reviews 110% if I am going to recommend reading them.
