Well, I'm a mom running a successful home-based internet software company designing plug-ins for specific products. Prior to my kids, I was a news/morning-show producer/director. Now I am an active PTA member and work on a planning committee for my Homeowners Assn.
I would say have slighly better than average technical knowledge (especially when added to my husband who is a CGI animator). In reality, though, I think my opinions reflect everyday experience as opposed to technical munbo-jumbo. I just want to let you know how an item works for me on a day-to-day basis...sort of the same way you'd tell a friend about something if you just ran into him on the street.
