I'm in my mid-30's, married, and have one son (2 1/2). Been renting forever and hope to buy a house in the next year or so.

UPDATE: As of May 20, my hopes are coming true... I'm in the process of buying a house now (which is why I haven't been writing for a while). Should be all done in the next month or so, and then I'll be writing again!
