I am NOT a highly technical reviewer. Writing here as a consumer, my focus is on describing and qualifying my own, subjective experience - not on providing the technical information available elsewhere - including the side of the box or the manual! I mention this because my reluctance to reiterate technical details has been an occasional criticism of some "Lead" reviewers and "Advisors." I have taken their input into account and have decided that my own contribution to this wonderful consumer database, is to write from the heart about my own experiences.
I am a former actor, teacher (High School English, Speech and Drama) and paraprofessional with disturbed children. Since receiving my MSW from UC Berkeley in 1974, my primary occupation has been that of a Clinical Social Worker. In addition to the 'hobbies and interests' mentioned in the Short Biography, I am an ordained 'non-denominational' minister - working only to help couples design their own wedding ceremonies through an effort called "CustomWed" (customwed@comcast.net) where the goal is be sure that couples get a ceremony that has genuine meaning to them.
