I've been a member of Epinions for well over 5 years now and am currently an Advisor in Online Stores & Services, Health, and Beauty as well as a Top Reviewer in Kids & Family and Beauty. Most of my reviews can be found within these categories, but I do tend to venture into other areas from time to time. Currently, I three 12 hour shifts per week (11AM-11PM) as an Charge Nurse (RN) on a busy medical surgical unit in a rural East Tennessee town. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 19 years now and we have three children: Kelsey is 16 (stay off the roads!), Kameron is almost 14 (so I now officially have two teenagers in the house!), and Tristan will be 6 in June and recently finished kindergarten. So my family and my job keep me very busy!

In my spare time, I like to do fitness walking/jogging on my trusty Sears Proform Treadmill (right now I'm doing 4 to 5 miles a day most days of the week and have put over 3000 miles on it so far!), read, listen to music, and (of course!) logging on to Epinions. I enjoy my computer time and use email to stay in touch with my long distance family and friends.

Back in March 2005, I had Lasik Eye Surgery which literally opened my eyes up to a whole new world! In addition to improving my eye sight this year, I'm now in the early stages of having orthodontic work done as well. A thirtysomething with braces! Is that cool or what? LOL

Early in February 2002, I had the pleasure of meeting a few fellow Beauty Epinions members in person at a local mall (can you say shop till you drop?): shantel575, KMINER, and chrisceb. We've all since got together again on our own for a girl's weekend in the spring of 2004, along with several other Epinions members including bops_mom, MADYL, SHeineman, and zzJulia.

I've also met Bryan_Carey, skbreese, and kittie74 at a Knoxville, TN unofficial "Meet and Greet" in February 2004. In May, 2006, I also met Granniemose and her daughter artbyjude at another Knoxville get together. So I guess I get around! LOL The only other Epinions writer I've met in person is none of than my mother, ddustyrose. Hi Mom!!
