About mengladys
|
Menladys recently moved from New York City to a very small town in Tennessee, where she is hard at work on a detective novel. She is also a freelance cartoonist and teaches cartooning classes in her spare time. Her interests include belly dance, Southern cooking and growing roses. She is currently dating a lead guitarist who is 10 years her junior. Her pet peeves are noisy neighbors...(I thought when I left the city, things would be a lot quieter...but no, I have to live next door to a semi-deaf Limp Bizkit fan who plays his music so loud it blows my hair back)...free roaming pit bulls...and the low flying helicopters which fly over her rural area many times daily...(I know it's their job to spot marijuana crops, but at least if there actually is any around here, the growers aren't making noise) She loves nature, rain, family members who don't call collect from jail and nearly every genre of music (don't get me wrong I love Limp Bizkit, I'd just prefer not hearing it so loudly from next door, it's causing my roses to grow sideways!). Mengladys can shoot weapons well, rides horses, is a speed reader who reads a book every day, and also reads tarot cards and palms.
