I seek innovative products and services that meet my needs in a superior way. And I make an effort to provide opinions, good and bad, as needed. I'd like to thing I understand you. What you truly want. What you truly need. And being a marketing-product person with a broad knowledge and background, I am confident I provide a clear assessment of what products offer. Hence, the gap. There is the need. And there is the promise. When a product fails to meet my needs as promised, I complain. When a product fails to meet my needs, I suggest improvements. When a product meets my needs as promised, it is expected and therefore not deserving of praise. However, when a product exceeds my expectations, that is when I provide compliments and recommend to others. Unfortunately, few exceed my expectations.
