About metermaid

I am a veterinary technician, and have worked in the animal field for as long as I've been working. I've worked in a boarding kennel (3 years), at our local humane society (2.5 years), and I've worked in a veterinary clinic now for about 4 and a half years. I have also worked briefly as a professional groomer, and part-time as a pet nutrition counselor for Hill's.
In my spare time I like to read, watch movies, work out (my most recent obsession), and now that spring has sprung I'm ready to get back on the water! We have a boat at the Tennessee River, where my husband and I enjoy spending time with our 6-year old Labrador/Golden Retriever mix, June, who is otherwise known as the greatest dog in the world!
