|
I was born in Germany and have lived in the U.S. since 1951. I have traveled 48 of the 50 states, Europe, Mexico, and Japan. I was a mailboy and messenger for Columbia Records in New York in the 60's. Worked as a seaman for the Norwegian Merchant Marine. Worked for Harrah's Casino in Reno, Nevada. Spent five years working in an open pit copper mine for the Ananconda company in the high desert. I served as Circulation Manager for Bicycling Magazine and the Coast Shoe Reporter when it was owned by Leete Publishing in San Francisco. Built a career in computers over the past 35 years. I did programming for the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, the Bank of California, and the County of Muskegon in Michigan. I operated computers for Levi Strauss and the 1st National Bank of Nevada. I have taught computer classes for a local community education program and for Baker College in Muskegon, Michigan. Currently, I am a PC Specialist for a world class Aerospace company.
