I'm a mother of 3, and a College student. I'm a very picky consumer. I expect quality and service from everything I buy. If I don't get it, SOMEONE is going to know about it! If that helps you with your purchase, all the better! I believe that the voice of the consumer is heard the most clearly by what they buy. Manufacturers don't care anything at all about what you buy unless it affects the dollar in their pocket. Epinions helps with that by educating consumers through consumers.
