At 38 I have decided to be honest with myself and persue a career in the food service industry as a specialist. I have spent the last twenty three years working in the industry from the inside, now I will continue working from the outside. As a specialized consultant to the CCC. I head up groups of people setting up everything from Franchises to menu and recipe procedures. My web site business has taken off and I have created several working web sites that have helped the individuals stay a place in the world wide web. My new company, JSM-Inc. has been operating for the past year as a part time entity. Now it is full time and rolling. I love more than anything in life going on vacation and creating food with local people in there environment, I learn techniques and special tips to help retain the flare of the original product. Wine and family as well as surfing trips are always tops on my list.
