I consider myself to be an audiophile, but due to the financial restrictions that I sometimes finds myself in, I'm not that capable of getting the high-end equipment that fancies myself so. In many ways, I resemble the more money-conscious consumer. My reviews will tend to reflect in what you would really buy instead of what you really want. Granted, they're not the best products you can get for the job, but they'll do you more justice than most at their price range.
All of my reviews (minus one, titled "Wish I Had Bought This") are real accounts of my reactions with certain products and music cd's. If you're looking for good electronics, he recommends JVC, Aiwa, and higher-end Sony equipment. If you're looking for good music, good luck. It's very hard to find nowadays, but my prime picks are The Crystal Method, Incubus, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Dead Kennedys, Tool, and Nine Inch Nails.
I don't necessarily intend the user to trust my opinion only, otherwise I wouldn't be on Epinions. Instead, if you're looking for the overall view of a product, check out as many reviews of it as you can, even the Nays (or Yays, If he doesn't approve of them). This way you can get a more fair judgement of the good and bad of the product.
On a final note, I would like to thank Epinions for allowing me to use such a wonderful service to consumers and consumer products. Props to all of my fellow reviewers, and best of luck to you all in the future.
