Let me introduce myself, My name is Mireille and I live in Baltimore. I love to travel and discover new places. I have a lot of family in France and have traveled quite a bit in Europe. I hope my travel reviews prove helpful in your next travel program.

Well, I don't consider myself too harsh a judge and I will never downgrade based on grammar or typos. I do look at the amount of effort you put into your work. Many seem to throw together some basic ideas without any though to what they are reviewing. These will get a SR or NR if it is really bad and off topic. If you write offensive material you will be NRed and end up on my WOD. If you handle yourself exceptionally you will get a HR from me and if you were missing some significant information but put effort in your presentation I will rate with an R. I do not consider an R a bad rating as others might. I also never revenge rate nor will I NR based on a disagreeing opinion - that is just bad form.
