I cut my teeth on computer graphics back in the early Eighties, on Mac IIs and Commodore 64s, and then graduated to Amigas, PowerMacs and PCs. I've had traditional art training as well as years of experience in 2D and 3D animation for video and the web. I've also taught the fundamentals of graphics and animation at the university level. I currently design web sites and graphics from the ground up, and disdain the practice of throwing crap on the web's wall to see if it sticks. To quote the mantra of a once-great gaming company, design is law, and without knowledge of proper design, you've got nothing (and people know it). Don't break the rules till you know what they are!
