The last year has really been a busy one for me. I can't believe it's actually been a whole year between epinions... but that's what drowning in real life will do to you.
For those of you interested, my real life consists of the continuing battle to gain admission to a graduate school. So far, of six applications, I've received three replies, all denials. This leaves my hopes with the last three schools: which will it be, Virginia Tech (Blacksburg is a nice little town, but it tends to get a little boring), West Virginia University (having spent a good amount of time in Morgantown, I've come to the conclusion that it's really nothing more than a dirty little pit on the side of the mountain), or Washington University in St. Louis (can anyone say culture shock for the kid who's never lived anywhere bigger than 25,000 people? Yikes...)
Okay, I've bored you enough. My last bit of ranting is just to say that I've built up plenty of good opinions in my off year, and I plan on letting them out as I can. Just to let you know, you never have to worry about revenge rating from me, so if you feel one of my reviews absolutely sucks, go ahead and let me know it. Candor is certainly appreciated.
