I enjoy the many thoughtful and useful reviews here. I don't care about the money, my goal is to write something that will help you in some way.

After being part of this community for over a year, I feel compelled to add this: epinions is a great place to voice your opinions, make friends, and practice writing. I have met many wonderful people here, and will maintain those relationships for a long time. To all of my friends: thank you for your support and helpful epinions, which has probably more than once saved me from making a bad buying decision.

WOT - I am borrowing the following two paragraphs from ekayb's page - she puts it as exactly as I would:

TO GET ADDED: You read alot of my reviews and rate them pretty good. You write good reviews. They don't have to be long.

IF YOU ADD ME: I will read and rate your reviews. :-)And most likely add you back. If I don't add you right away you might be writing "somewhat helpfuls or alot of helpfuls" in that case I will still read and rate you...I will just wait till you get a bit better. Simple as that! (that is if you're a fairly good writer) I'm not trying to be an advisor~ in fact I don't really understand that concept either... I'm just looking to pass time and have some fun!

Bookmark concept: I have also been adding members to my WOT whenever I come across an interesting personal page - sort of like a bookmark that reminds me to take more time later and read and rate their reviews. If the reviews are good, the member stays on my WOT.
