About nukeydog

As an IT manager for an Internet incubator, I see many small, promising hi-tech startup companies within the clouds of dotcom hype. One thing that I sincerely believe in is that even if their technologies aren't cutting edge, the customer service provided will make or break the companies. Entrenched companies that feel that their ecommerce systems are so advanced that they completely disregard the need for interaction with the customer has a business waiting to be pummeled by a new startup. This is one of my favorite sites (epinions.com). One gets to see all that feel-good stuff here and help make a difference.
