I've pretty much been a student my whole life, with the exception of one year where I taught English in Japan. As a result, I'm still idealistic and think I can help change this world for the better. It helps that I'm currently going to grad school at Berkeley--being around ex-hippies and hippy-wannabes keeps me grounded.
I'm still trying to get used to this whole notion of the internet. The fact that I'm even writing this message to an unknown global audience wigs me out. Let's just say I'm not the most technologically-inclined person out there. Part of it is self-induced: I'm trying to resist the cell-phone/palm pilot/pager-mania that surrounds me because I actually like unfiltered human contact. The other part is just due to laziness. Techonology changes every day in these parts, and I just don't have the interest or time to keep up.
That being said, I think the internet is a pretty cool invention. So anyone want to make a website for me?
