Here's how I rate. If I'd highly recommend someone read you stuff, I'll highly recommend it. I don't care if it's funny, pertinent, witty, or whatever. If I'd recommend someone read your article, then I'll recommend it. If your article isn't very good, I'll somewhat recommend it. If it's bad and you're an idiot, I'll not recommend it.

I don't like purists. I don't like people who want my reviews to fit into an outline they think is best. If you've got that much time to devise a strict system for rating, maybe you should leave the pay to surf thing alone and get a job. I don't care how you write your reviews as long as I like reading them.
