About PoorRhino
My epitaph will read "A Rose Beneath A Rock; He Was Both At Once."

At 45, you'd think I'd know what I want to be if I grow up. I've maintained a career for 19 years which has had us living in Europe for 9 of them. I'm always looking into other things that interest me and what may well sustain me, my wife and three daughters after I opt out of my current work (whenever that will be).

I love to learn (but I don't always like being taught) and very few things bore me; I have a BA in Comparative Religion and Philosophy (having made an aborted start at Electrical Engineering). My MA was Interdisciplinary but focused on Interpersonal and Organizational Communications (with a large dash of Jungian studies). From there I tried working on a PhD that looked at Dreams and Religious Experience but my soul had grown fat and weak--perhaps another day, if I am strong and can keep my focus (I am an ENFP for those of you who speak MBTI).

I'm loving life, loving my wife and marveling at all the dynamics of raising children, project management at work and the burgeoning of technology in our break-neck lifestyle in the USA.

God bless us, everyone.
