About rallynow
A tech dinosaur who is trying to bring the household into the 21st century even though the little lady believes that I will put us in the poor house before our expiration dates. Past "careers" have included USAF, higher education admin, brief venture into retailing, real estate broker/appraiser/educator, and home inspector. As an over-educated individual in the liberal arts field I became business "aware" in middle age. Although I stay out of real estate investments I still follow the sector, but most of my time is spent trying to find the stock that will give the big return in the shortest time. Acquired the volatile GIGM in fall of 2007 at $17. I still enjoy learning and reading in a variety of fields and hope to someday make the big money doing something or anything. Currently, my brother and I are working on some related web sites that we think may be productive. We hope to launch in Feb 2008. Hobbies include aerobic exercising, improving the diet, cooking, reading, following the SEC conference but esp UK, too much TV viewing, scheduling and monitoring home improvement projects, and keeping the home fire burning.
