About randis4927
I got a BA in English in '01, and tried my hand at desk jobs, but they weren't for me. I got into sales, and have enjoyed helping people solve their problems and improve the quality of their lives by providing them with solutions based on their needs and wants. I've made many customers for life by being honest, forthright, and making sure the customer has all the information necessary to make an informed decision. That's the only way to effectively minimize returns and cancellations. I appreciate a customer who has done their research but is still willing to listen, as it shows respect for the work I do. Remember, Consumer Reports, epinions, and other sources are great, but sometimes what you need and want are different from what you think you need and think you want. And, as with everything in life, that which is cheap ends up expensive. Quality is not based on a price tag. Conversely, just because it's expensive doesn't mean it's the best. That's what I'm here for: to help you navigate the confusing jungle of merchandise to find the model(s) that will best suit you.
