Boy have a lot of things changed. I broke up with my fiancee this past Christmas, I've lost 50 pounds on Weight Watchers, and I've got a new girlfriend who doesn't expect the world from me, just me. ;)

About my ratings:
Everyone starts off with a "recommended." If you've shown a good grasp of the English language and then gone above what Joe Q. Public would say in passing (that is, DETAIL, DETAIL, DETAIL!), then you'll be bumped up to a Highly. Conversely, should you show major typos (you're vs. your, its vs. it's, my major pet peeves), it will be dropped to Somewhat, and if it's REALLY bad, I'll make it Not Recommended. I'm not too outrageously critical, but I respect quality where I find it.
I'll also be the first to say that if I see ANYTHING not-good, ie. review padding (really really really really ad nauseum) or plagiarism, you WILL be reported. I think that's fair.
Additionally, I've begun to agree with several people in the community in that a random anonymous NR is a badge of honor.
