Over the years I've also amassed some 1,600 records, 500 tapes, 500 CD's, and over 600 movies. I have no favorite type of music or cinema, but certainly have my favorites in each genre of both, always discovering more movies and music as I go. My favorite modern film directors include Paul Thomas Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Sergio Leone, Todd Solondz, Krzysztof Kieslowski, John Waters, Peter Jackson, and David Lynch. I usually listen to old rockabilly, old UK ska, trance-hop, 70's reggae, political punk, and most anything else that rocks (The Misfits, Pixies, the Drags, Jon Spencer, Archers of Loaf, etc.).

My hobbies include cycling, kayaking, thrift storing/garage sale hunting, bowling, playing pool at seedy dive bars, selling things on eBay, reading, watching good cinema, and taking once-a-week road trips to wherever looks good on the map when I wake up.

I always enjoy reading people's Epinions on half.com to compare my opinions with someone else's. Someday I'd like to write a review of all the strange or rare movies no one ever reviews of here, but it's so time consuming that I keep putting it off. Maybe tomorrow...
