I guess it has been a pet peeve of mine for a while. The phone rings and someone asks for Carol or Mrs. So and So. I have no idea who is on the phone. Are you trying to sell me something, or give me information I have requested, i.e. doctor or plumber. In other words please let me know if I want to talk to you before I tell you if I am home. Just my pet peeve. Thanks!

I am a wife, and mother of 3 dachshunds. I have a grown son and a 7 year old grandson, who live in Eastern Washington state. We enjoy traveling, eating out and movies, which are the bulk of my reviews. Sorry, I am not much into pop culture, including current musical trends nor electronics. If I do not rate them, please do not be offended. Our tastes just differ. You could write crap on electronics or music and I would think it is the greatest thing since Poptarts!

My screen name, remnjava, stems from the fact that I work the overnight shift. Sleep can be tight. When I get home I take naps and tend to have rem - Rapid Eye Movement - or dreams while napping. This helps to refresh me.

The java part, is the coffee that helps give me an extra edge to get through some nights. Between the two, it's REM N JAVA! :)
