I am 36 years old, married and living in Park City with my wife, son and dog. Most of my epinions are about the ski industry. I am a level three certified ski instructor, and a former member of PSIA's eastern development team, teaching for over 17 years. I have been a ski and snowboard rep, a lecturer in the industry, the marketing manager for a major wax company, the director of the U.S. Ski Team's Masters Racing program, The Licensing Director for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Teams, and now own my own licensing agency in Park City. My career has brought me to many resorts in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. I tend to write reviews on how well a resort lived up to it's hype and fish stories... If I enjoyed it, my wife perceptions, and those of my 4 year old son (day care, ski school, etc.) I get in about 100 day s a year on skis, blades and my snowboards. I am an avid Mountain Biker, and have ridden in Utah, California, Washington, and New Mexico. I have written technical articles for Ski Tech, Ski and Snowboard Business Magazine, and Snowcountry. I am also restoring a 105 year old home in Park City, so I will include opinions on appliances we selected, tools I have used, etc.
If you are curious about a resort, and I have not written an Epinion about it, e-mail me and I will add it.
My Favorite Resorts? Whistler BC, Deer Valley UT, Alta UT, Snowbasin UT, Solitude UT, Sugarloaf ME, Mammoth CA, Chamonix Fr, Sunshine Village Cn, and Elk Mountain PA.
