Holy CROW! Time for an update! (Summer 2002)
I'm attending West Chester University in Pennsylvania. I finally decided to change my major from computer science to undeclared, since I am a mess and will probably wind up as your future local McDonalds manager.
I finally got into my fraternity this year, Beta Theta Pi. It's something I'm really proud of, and to all my brothers out there, whats up? 1839 representin... I also did really good in grades this year, as well as putting forth some good athletic efforts in Greek intramurals, which we WON this year, making us the youngest fraternity on this campus to ever hold the IFC cup. Yeah boys.
311 is the best band ever in the history of music making. I highly suggest you read all of my 311 reviews, as I will soon have a monopoly on every 311 item available on epinions. Their music is spiritual.
I recently passed my TWO year anniversary at epinions, and I love all of you guys. Some people who have been really really great to me on my journey to becoming a great epinionator are: Bruguru, 311bud, LessThanNick1, ekayb, ptiemann, lunadisarm, bluekennedy, mobiprof, and DrainOWHAT - whether you guys know it or not, you've made a difference.
I'm a tremendous believer in fate, and that everything happens for a reason. A couple of great people in my life have influenced me to acheive a "satisfied mind" by the following three things:
1. The location of your profession
2. The wisdom to realize that living with regret is pointless
3. Realizing that all the things you havent acheieved yet in life, will one day be yours
I am a strong believer in this - try it for yourself and check out how good you feel about everything afterwards.
Yes folks, epinions is an addiction - if you do it long enough the writing starts to become fun, hence the term "Epinions Addict".
Some things I enjoy...playing guitar, listening to 311, watching the stock market, watching DVDs, riding my electric scooter, mountain biking, skating, practicing picking up women at clubs, reading LessThanNick1's music reviews, Van Morrison, "Johnny B. Goode" - by Chuck Berry, the feeling of having a full tank of gas, Apple Computers, the first sip of my 7-11 coffee in the morning, DrainOWHAT's hot tub, the ocean, eating 6 Marino's Lemon Ices in a row, dancing in funny ways when 311 is running through my soul (it also helps if I've had a couple drinks), jumping off things when I play guitar, trying to skateboard, racing my 4 cylinder car and losing, absuing my college internet connection to download 38 311 songs at once, Beta Theta Pi, vaseline, taking pictures, free money
Some things I hate...Bill Gates, most country music, rich people that are ignorant, my house without air conditioning in the dead of summer, drinking a lot of soda in an hour, people who are ignorant, stupid, not aware of the world around them, jobs that require suits, all those StarGate, Andromedia space-like shows that are on on Saturdays, MTV VJ Ray Munns, Fuel, Creed, the Lifetime Channel, cats and dogs that will bite strangers, pulse dial phones, fax machine noises, angry drunks, strippers that ask for TWO dollars, the dictionary, doctors, dentists, bad beer
, stuck up girls with ego's the size of Canada, the recent Planet of the Ape's remake, paying $832 to fill my tank
