I am working on a Ph D in Educational Administration and hope to finish in the Spring of 2006. My parents are direct immigrants from Sicily. From them I have grown to love the art of cooking and wouls like to share some of my ideas on Italian and every day cooking.
I am also very well traveled. I have been to most of Europe as well as some parts of Scandinavia. I love to travel and live well (on a budget). There are thousands of things you never think about exploring on a trip until it is too late. I have had the fortunate experience of traveling with several people who have shown me some very exciting places and exposed me to some wonderful views of the world you don't see every day.
