About scrabbler
I think of myself as an amusing person, but I find that most of my reviews are about fairly serious--even boring--things. Well, that probably says something about where my expertise lies.

Uh, what I did I used to write about: A lot of Kids & Family reviews. As a parent, I would've gone nuts by now if it weren't for the internet, which helped me research pregnancy and parenting issues. It's put me in touch with many other parents whose experiences and perspectives have helped to shape mine--sometimes in ways that surprised me.

I have a strong interest in Colleges and Universities opinions because I was a college admissions professional for several years. It's the perfect "first real job" for those who don't mind living at poverty level but traveling on someone else's dime. My grad degrees are in Higher Education as well.
