I am first and foremost a Christian who is learning to lead a non-hypocritical life. Living my life level is very important to me and is a learning process.
As with most people I come from a very troubled back ground. As I hit the low point, flat on my back, the Lord reached His hand down, lifted me up and set me on solid ground. The heavy weight that rested on my shoulders was lifted and is still gone to this date.
I am a 2nd degree black belt in Kenpo, a Police Sgt., a professional photographer who owns a wedding
photography business and recently became a 3rd degree Mason. I have also joined the Shriners.
There is a program I teach in school called Adopt-A-Cop, which is geared toward kindergarten through third grade. We go to school about once a week as the children’s “friend / cop” and teach them anything from Halloween safety to fire safety. Its one of the only places on this dumpy little planet that I can walk in wearing my uniform and the kids run to the door with big smiles, yelling Officer Mike, Officer Mike is here and then dive into my arms. The kids make it worth every minute.
My sister, Cindy who ho can’t beat me in Monopoly.
My favorite music is Larry Norman, Resurrection Band, Bob Marley, Aerosmith, and Michael W. Smith.
Some good video’s are The Game, Pilgrims Progress, Pink Floyd “the Wall” and Perfect Weapon.
