I have been a single parent of two for about 10 years and have had to learn how to do a lot of different projects on my own. I enjoy working on my land and growing roses. I also love learning how to build lots of different kinds of projects. I own 4 acres of land and have learned how to operate lots of different tools, built several different projects such as a storage building, patio from concrete, raised flower beds, garage with a little help from my brother,and all kinds of smaller items. I designed my own home and sub-contracted the building of it as well as watched over every aspect. I did some of the work myself such as varnishing all moldings, painted the inside, and did all the landscaping. I have about 100 rose bushes and am a long standing member of a local Rose Society. I have recently married, Sept.,1999. and he is constantly amazed at the work I have done to my home and the land around it. I also cleared my land which included cutting down trees, constructing a driveway and overseeing the installation of all utilities.
