My spare time is spent in church and civic activities and participating in organized fund raisers such as the Susan B. Komen Race For The Cure, a nationwide annual event to raise funds to fight breast cancer. For the past couple of years, I have been volunteering as a Counselor with the Youth Ministry in my church and have gone on mission trips to North Carolina* and Eleuthera*, an island in the Bahamas, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast*. I am a native of the North Florida gulf coast, now living in the beautiful hills of east Tennessee with my husband Clark and two cats.(seen below) God willing, I hope, one day to waltz off into the sunset on the Florida gulf coast, where the cool breezes and crashing waves soothe my soul.
