About skipdog47
Long time music lover, I'm only 22 yet I still remember my old record player. I grew up listening to R and B/Soul (the good classic stuff) and what is now known as old school hip hop(anything that either has a true meaning or is from the early eighties). Since the majority of the music that is now considered to be "hip hop" and "R and B", is nothing more that BS Rap and Urbanized pop, I have now focused my musical attention to True rock(not any of the young punk MTV BS) and electro, but still have a few albums of my early tastes. I am currently a college student studying music business at a local private college and I play piano, keys, and acoustic guitar. I am a vocalist as well, yet am not in any band at the current time. About my rating system, it is a scale from 1 to 10 with half steps. Anything that I give a 4 to or less is basically junk to throw in the trash. Between 4.5 and 6.5 are albums that are relatively decent, and dependent upon my general liking may or may not come recomended. Anything from 7 on up comes recomended and if it is above 8.5 is an absolute must have. I'm looking forward to sharing my thoughts with all of you and adding my two cents to yours as well. Peace and love, Skipdog by the way, I may not be on here a lot, but I'll do my best to get as much of what I got to give when I can, so please keep this in mind.
