Hello there and welcome to my profile. You probably got here through reading one of my reviews. Whether you liked what you read or are some 10-year old with nothing else do to or you couldn't get a date tonight, go ahead and read on. My name is Travis, and really I can't post a life story about me but I'll post a few facts. I dislike my name personally...I don't hate it I just dislike it because it has a country feel of it and country music is one of the biggest things I hate...so you'll hear my Epinions name more often, just don't take it as I'm trying to hide myself. I have a collection of over 2,000 songs, mostly rap, rock, and pop. I don't really watch movies, don't really like them. Same goes with TV but I'll watch music videos at 2 A.M. when MTV plays them. I like art and photography, probably nothing I would do 24/7 but a definite spare-time thing. I haven't read an actual book in two years mainly becuse no one knows how to write something interesting, and really reading reviews on here gives the same effect. I have a few actual friends but I do make internet friends every once in a while, but never on some random chat room. If I make a friend in a chat room like Yahoo! Messenger it's because I feel sorry for you. I'll listen to music almost all the time, even in class with some trusty earbuds that can never be seen or even heard. As far as hate, I hate a lot of people, but usually for reasons that are usual. I hate people that won't free-accept someone/thing, anyone not open-minded, and anyone that doesn't know their facts when they step up to me. Aside, I'm a nice person until you pi.ss me off. I don't hold grudges at all, no matter what they are, small or big, the only thing I would hold is if you would lie to me. Anything else you wanna know you can IM me on AIM at anom8trw8.

5/5 stars: When something gets five stars, it's the best of the best, flat out. There's no faults and if there are any, they are minor or can be fixed. Music/movies with this rating are classics. Stores with this rating are exceptional in what they do and no other store is better.
4/5 stars: The product/store is above average overall. There may be a few minor flaws but it's still a solid product and worth it if your interested.
3/5 stars: The product/store is average. It's wasn't bad, but it didn't knock my socks off. There might be other brands of the same product that are easier to use, more durable, or are less priced. If it's a movie or music album, it's okay but there are probably better albums in that genre.
2/5 stars: The product/store is below average overall. There are probably a few major flaws. It is probably only worth the try if it's the only one of its kind or you desperately need it. If it's music/movies, it is below average and has a lot of flaws and isn't recommended.
1/5 stars: Overall the product/store is failing. It's not even worth it for half price (or if it's a store it's not worth it at all or it's a scam), and you should avoid it at all costs.
RATING REVIEWS
NOTE: A majority of the review I rate are in music, electronics, or online services.
Very Helpful: A very helpful review, to me, is a review that would be very helpful to make a decision on a product/service--something you'd expect in the newspaper.
Helpful: Reviews getting helpful are generally good and helpful. They don't give every little detail about everything, but they do give a generally solid opinion to reflect a purchase decision.
Somewhat Helpful: Somewhat helpful reviews aren't really giving the whole picture. They say something is good or sucks but they don't say why or sometimes what. Or they say certain things are good or bad but doesn't give a solid true opinion. They might reflect a purchase decision slightly but the reader will need a more solid and detailed review to make a true decision.
Not Helpful: Not helpful reviews are when you were drunk and typed random stuff.
Off Topic: You should know what off topic is. Either you accidentally wrote it in the wrong area or you followed similar steps in not helpful.
Most Helpful: I thought your review was more helpful than the others [I don't have that sweet and cool advisor thing yet so don't expect it from me.
Show: When you write a very small review but give a description of why it was good or bad and how.
Don't Show: refer to Not Helpful or Somewhat Helpful

Not A Solid Opinion/Doesn't give a good reason why it's that rating/Slightly nonsense
Walmart.com has a nice look to their site. So it's 5 stars.
Complete bashing
EXAMPLE: I KNEW I WAS GOING TO HATE THIS AND I DO. IT JUST LOOKS TERRIBLE. IT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD. I'M GETTING THE SONY LIKE I SHOULD HAVE.
Not using price into rating
EXAMPLE: I hate these $5 earbuds! They aren't as good as my Bose Tri Headphones with noise cancelling!
Off-topicness
EXAMPLE: Review for Carnet Coffee Machine
I really like this Mr. Coffee coffee machine.
Plagerizing
Simply the process of posting another's review. Usually I'm not the first to know, but if I find out, you're getting SLAMMED with a not helpful.
Incorrect information
EXAMPLE: Man, Epinions is THE BEST place to buy plants!
As you can see, ratings are based on how well they're written and how helpful to a reader it would be. It's not based on how they rated their product and how long it is.
