I'm a very spiritual person into both eastern thinking, meditaion, Qi Gong, Tia Chi and "older, earth based stuff" like Wicca. I'm a firm believer in keeping myself healthy rather than worrying about it after getting sick, the side effect, I don't get sick. I use all of the above as well as hypnosis (I'm a hypnotherapist) to stay fit and healthy! I love being outside, and have always been interested in finding cool new places to wander around, and now the Goddess drops geocaching into my lap, I ask you, how totally cool is that? A GPS, computer and some free time and off you go! Like being in the Air Force exploring strange new places just no-one is trying to kill you, and you don't have to kill them! I'm a BIG fan of the SciFi show Stargate SG1 and especially Major Samantha Carter (hint, has nothing to do with our names) who is brilliant, an excellent officer and still a beautiful woman... So, she's a character on TV... I think that should do for the moment...
