In the year 1984, a small, unwanted, mewling infant was born to a mother who's name I don't know, in Alberta, Canada. Shortly after I was given to adoptive parents and whisked away to Whitby, Ontario, where I lived until I was 13.
I guess around 1994 I really got into punk rock, starting with bands like the Offspring and the Ramones, and moving up to all sorts of Epitaph punk. It was in ninth grade when I discovered my beloved Propagandhi, my favorite band ever. It is my goal to review every Propagandhi item on Epinions, and after seeing their live show on March 11th, in one of the best experiences of my life, I have accomplished that goal. In tenth grade I got into hardcore, mostly youth-crew, non-metallic stuff (with a few exceptions), and recently I got into emo.
See that sexy pic up there? That is me. Why don't I have a girlfriend? Beats me. I don't really like too many girls. In fact, for the past like year and a half the only girl I've had feelings for is my very good friend, Andrea.

That's her there. Sigh. Oh well. That's not to say I don't enjoy looking at picture of annonymous naked women an awful lot. Hey, sue me. I'm adolescent.
I consider myself a leftist, maybe a marxist. I am all about equality and self government for all sexes, races, and sexualities. I used to be a Libertarian but then I wised up, I guess. I hate guns. They are absolutely terrible.
Some things I enjoy are music, comic books and zines, going to shows, and just hanging out and doing odd stuff. My favorite reviewers on epinions are chrisbickel and jamessqueaky, both of which I know about through a great website I write a column for, Mister Ridiculous. See the Link below. LessthanNick1 and Officer are two other buddies. Placing your trust in Justin is a smart move!
I also have my own zine, which you can check out on my hacking/illegal sh*t page, LRS.
Uh, what else? My favorite book is Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, of course. My favorite movie is Evil Dead 2, and my favorite CD? Well, that's a three way tie between Propagandhi's "Where Quantity is Job # 1", Operation Ivy's "Energy", and Reggie and the Full Effect's "Greatest Hits", but there are a lot of other albums I absolutely adore. Check my reviews!
I have a really embarassing infatuation with all sorts of rap music. I would like to say I am one of those cool folks who only listens to cool underground stuff like The Roots and Mos Def, but you would know I'm lying if you see the big smile that comes over my face every time I hear Nelly or Ludacris. I am such a dork.
Speaking of dorkiness, recently I got my mom to sew some punk patches on my backpack and she put the Dead Kennedy's symbol upside down. Damn!
What keeps me sane in life? Well,
1. Friends
2. Great music
3. Root beer
4. Punk rock girls
5. Cartoons, comic books, video games, and other dork necessities
Ah well. That's me. Any questions? E-mail me up at splice@gotmail.com. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a date with a bowl of cereal and some cartoons. Later.
Most popular review: This would be my Dead Prez review. Everyone liked it a lot. It was one of my first.
Least popular review: For some reason no one read my review of the Cartoon Network. Feh, I like it.
Things I need to get around to doing at epinions:
Review:
Crass - Best Before '84
Anti-Flag: Die for the Government
H2O Show
Dropkick Murphy's show
All my old NOFX CDs
Assorted Dreamcast games
Comic books and stuff
A host of other things
Stop:
Sucking.
What's in my CD Player for this week?
Weezer: Blue Album
Fugazi: Repeater + 3 songs
Reggie and the Full Effect - Greatest Hits 84-87
Epinions friends: This summer I intend to step up my writing schedule since I'll have an excess of spare time. The problem is, I have to ration out my CDs to review before I run out. So expect new CD reviews on Saturdays, and other stuff during the week.

That's Nick in my bedroom, Andrea, and my best friend Ben.
