***** - Basically a perfect product. Everyone should find something to like about it.
**** - A very good product, with maybe a flaw or two.
*** - A decent product, with some obvious flaws.
** - A deeply flawed product that hardly anyone will enjoy.
* - A terrible product. I can't imagine anyone liking it except masochists.
