I was a hairdresser/manicurest, working in a very trendy salon....but I had the best of both lives during my working years. At work; I had to dress to kill,always have make-up on and always have my hair in the latest styles. When I left work: I would drive my "statement car" home, remove everything that was a must during working hours....put on my jeans, cowboy boots, and hat...and go ride my horse!! The best of both worlds because I could be stylish and cowgirl all in the same day!
I have been retired now for 14 years. Have recently moved to Arizona with all the sunshine...and kick back attitudes... and am loving it!
I am very into refunding with most of the dollars I make being put into my grandchildrens accounts. This is my small way of helping to get them off to a good start once it becomes time for College. It's also something that I really enjoy doing!
I have been married for 38 years...and, yes, to the same man! I have 3 WONDERFUL SONS who are now grown with families of their own. AND 5 WONDERFUL GRANDCHILDREN who are the Apples of their "Baba's" eye!
I am an animal lover with only 2 dogs at this time; Blu & Kilo. At one time I had 8 dogs, 3 cats, a parrot, and a pet pig. I won't get into all the farm animals....they added into the hundreds!
I enjoy seeing different places while motorhome traveling around the U.S. I also have a house in Mexico right on the beach that we visit as often as possible! At the age of 54 I am enjoying life to the MAX!!
